Physical or emotional abuse are equally wrong. It doesn't matter who's doing it. Don't let anyone tell you "it's normal" or "it was just one time." Don't listen to anyone but yourself. If you think you are being abused, GET HELP, TELL SOMEONE. Being silent will not make it better. You are stronger than you think!
